Nasher Sculpture Center
As part of my work with the Nasher Sculpture Center I've designed exhibition rack cards, brochures, web & email banners, and other informational materials. These have been exercises in staying within a previously established brand and look while adjusting to fit each new artist and event. Depeding on the need these have taken the form of both digital and print deliverables.
The Nasher Prize is a large yearly event celebrating a contemporary sculptor culminating in a gala that demands excellence in all aspects.
Dallas Arts District Pride Block Party
The Dallas Arts District holds an annual large scale block party during the month of June to celebrate Pride, and I was involved in designing the official logo and treatment for the event in 2023. Here are multiple iterations of the logo as well as expansions considering the background and format of advertising. Past years have used a 70's inspired look, and for this year the look was asked to be sophisticated and welcoming.
Central Market Signage
As an Art Specialist at Central Market I am in charge of creating weekly hand painted signage for featured products. These are either done on aluminum boards with paint markers or fully painted foam with 3D elements. I also work daily on digital signage that conforms to brand standards company wide.
Surface Design Work
These works are from two projects regarding surface design, one beginning with the inception of a set of tileable patterns and then creating mulitple color ways and eventually printing them onto products. The second was born from a more illustrative point by creating icons based on jungle plants, and then applying them onto different products as well.
